To return your purchase please email shop@ohsewcrafty.com.au with your order number and we will email you back with the address to send your return to. You are responsible for all return freight charges and will only be refunded once we have received the products.
*There is no refund or exchange on sale or discounted items unless considered faulty.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order by contacting us via phone at any time prior to dispatch of the product. If the product has already been shipped you can return the item as outlined in the returns policy above.
Faulty Items
If the product is faulty then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing you with a replacement product. You must notify Oh! Sew Crafty immediately, but no later than seven (7) days after delivery of the products. Where the item is faulty we will ask for photographs of the damage.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the faulty item we may not be able to process your claim.
